Terma Linca was inaugurated coinciding with the historic coronation of the fifth King of Bhutan in 2008.Our promoter’s vision is to provide world class premium quality services with a fine mix of bhutanese taste, touch and culture. It is a resort where our guest can enjoy authentic Bhutanese luxury living.

We also wanted to be a high end service provider to the ever increasing tourist arrivals in the country since Bhutan opened its doors to tourism in 1974. We are among the torchbearers when it comes to quality, sense of style, and hospitality among others.
